Chinese School celebrated the 2011 Chinese New Year at FHTMS on Feb 6,
2011. Over 300 people were in attendance to welcome the Year of the

On October 10th, 2010 VCS had its annual fall hike up Mt. Philo. Group

Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival

Sichuan Earthquake Donation
Ending June 30, VCS received donations of $2,670 from our VSC community;
the VSC Earthquake contribution was donated to the earthquake relief effort,
and dedicated to education recovery in Sichuan Province, China. VCS has
received a thank you letter from Consul General of People's Republic of China
in New York on July 7. Click here to view the letter.
Year End Picnic at the Waterfront
June 23rd 2008
VCS had its end of the year picnic at the Waterfront Shelter in Burlington. It
was a beautiful day on the lake with great weather!
Special Olympics Send Off
September 25, 2007
Sheraton Hotel, Burlington
Chinese School students and parents performed music, gongfu, and dance at the
send of the 2 Vermont athletes to the 2007 Special Olympics World Games.
Governor Douglas met and took pictures with the performers.
